Ingredients
- 2 medium cucumbers (about 1 to 1 1/2 pounds)
- 1/2 cup chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 thinly sliced red onion
- 2/3 cup plain yogurt or dairy sour cream
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon dried dill week, or 1 teaspoon fresh
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 package (4 ounces) crumbled feta cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste

Step 1
Peel cucumbers. Cut in half lengthwise; remove seeds and thinly slice (about 3 cups). Place in large bowl along with bell pepper and red onion. In small bowl, combine yogurt, garlic, dill, and oregano; stir well. Add dressing and feta to salad; gently stir until vegetables are coated. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Chill and serve with 6 hours.
