German Stew IP

Easy to put together and quick to cook and a reminder of time working in and visiting Germany. Serving suggestion: Serve with spicy German mustard, sourdough, and applesauce.

Ingredients
- 500g500g kielbasa, or your favorite sausage (raw or precooked, or frozen even) cut into medium to large pieces
- 2large2 large russet potatoes, quartered
- 1can1 can diced tomatoes
- 1/2large jar1/2 large jar sauerkraut
- 11 onion cut into large chunks
Preparation
Step 1
Add all ingredients to the pot.
Press Manual Button to cook on High Pressure and adjust time to 9 minutes.
After the time is up, Quick Release the pressure valve.
