Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 3 cans Mexican style chili beans (undrained)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can tomato sauce
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 small can green chilies (chopped)
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 envelope Ranch dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Toppings: corn chips, taco shredded cheese, sour cream, chopped lettuce, chopped tomatoes

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef and onions until meat is browned and onions are tender. Stir beans and next 7 ingredients into beef mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minute, stirring occasionally.

Spoon into bowls and top with desired toppings.
