Ingredients
- 8 T. Butter (room temp.)
- 2 C. + 2 T. Powdered Sugar
- 1/2 Vanilla
- Zest of 1 Lemon
- 2 C. Heavy Cream
Preparation
Step 1
In a medium bowl, cream butter. Add 2 C. powdered sugar & vanilla.; beat until smooth. Add zest & lemon curd.
In large bowl, beat cream on high until stiff peaks, then add 2 T. powdered sugar.
Fold 2 mixtures together. Put in pastry bag & swirl on top of cupcakes.
