Crockpot Cheeseburger Soup

All the awesome flavors of cheeseburgers are in this easily prepared crock pot soup. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 11 garlic clove, minced
- 1medium1 medium onion, chopped
- 11 celery stalk, chopped
- 1pound1 pound ground beef
- 2tablespoons2 tablespoons flour
- 3cups3 cups chicken broth, divided
- 1cup1 cup evaporated milk
- 8ounces8 ounces Velveeta, cubed
- 1/2teaspoon1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4teaspoon1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/8teaspoon1/8 teaspoon pepper
- Cooking spray

Preparation
Step 1
Spray large skillet with cooking spray and add garlic, onion, and celery. Cook 5 to 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender, stirring frequently.
Place cooked vegetables into crockpot sprayed with cooking spray, then brown hamburger in skillet.
Add meat to crockpot.
In a small cup, combine flour and 1/2 cup broth, and stir until lump free. Pour into skillet.
Pour remaining broth into skillet, and bring to a simmer. Pour into crockpot.
Stir in milk, cheese, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Cover crockpot and cook on low for 2 hours. Do not overcook or cheese could separate.
