SMOKED SALMON DILL QUICHE

Ingredients
- 6 oz smoked salmon, chopped
- 1/2 pkg - 250 gr cream cheese - diced
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 2 1/2 tbsp chopped fresh dill
- 2 green onions minced
- 1/4 tsp each salt and pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Make crust and bake at 400 for 20 minutes with pricks on bottom of shell and pie weights.
Drop smoked salmon and cream cheese on bottom of crust.
Combine eggs, milk, dill, green onions, salt and pepper. Pour over crust.
Bake at 375 for 30-40 minutes till set.
