Spaghetti Sauce (2 WW pts)

Ingredients

  • l med onion diced
  • 1 bell pepper diced
  • 8 cloves garlic minced
  • 28 oz canned tomatoes
  • 6 oz tomato paste
  • 14 oz water
  • 1 tsp italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp stievia
  • 1 tsp red pepper flakes (less if preferred)
  • 1 tsp basil
  • 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley

Preparation

Step 1

Saute the diced onion and green pepper in a large cooking pot using cooking spray. Cook until soft. Add garlic and cook another minute or so.

Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for 35-45 minutes Yields 6 cups
