TRIPLE HIT LEMON LOAVES
Got this recipe from Kraft Canada.. very lemony and moist !!

Ingredients
- 1 cup boiling water
- 1 85 g package jello lemon powder
- 1 lemon cake mix
- 3/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup lemon zest
- 44 eggs
- 1 cup icing sugar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Makes two loaves.
Add water to jello powder. Stir 2 minutes until completely dissolved. Add cake mix, oil, zest, eggs in large bowl and mix on low till moistened then blend at medium till smooth. Pour into pans. Bake for 40 minutes.
When cooked, pierce hot loaves with large fork on top at 1/2" intervals.
Mix sugar and juice till blended. Carefully pour over loaves. Cool for 30 minutes and remove from pan.
