IP: Balsamic Roast

From Frozen - 90 minutes
From Thawed - 30 w/ natural release

Ingredients

  • Roast
  • 1 C broth
  • 1/2 C Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 TB worchestershire
  • 1 TB Soy saucy
  • 1 TB honey
  • 1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
  • 4 cloves garlic

Preparation

Step 1

Brown roast in olive oil using saute function of pressure cooker.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over roast.

Set on Manual/High for 90 minutes (frozen), 30 minutes (thawed) with natural release.
