Ingredients
- Mushrooms:
- 1/3 c soy sauce
- 2 T maple syrup
- 2 T apple cider vinegar
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 t liquid smoke
- 4 portabellos, sliced
- Base:
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- Sauce:
- 1 c cashews, soaked
- 1 c soy milk
- 1/4 c nutritional yeast
- 1 c silken tofu
- Pasta:
- 4 servings spaghetti, cooked, preferably whole wheat
- peas
- optional - vegan "bacon" or "prosciutto"

Marinade mushrooms and sautee in base. Blend sauce in Nutribullet. Combine all.
