Lacto-Fermented BBQ Sauce

By

haven't tried this yet

This barbecue sauce is really delicious. If you're new to fermented foods, or have not enjoyed the taste of other fermented foods, this barbecue sauce is a good one to try. Cultured and fermented foods are full of probiotics (which means for life) that strengthen the immune system and even help to shut down cancer cells before they have a chance to multiply. They improve digestion, help absorb nutrients, and fight bacterial, viral, and fungal infections. I cannot stress enough how important it is to include a variety of fermented foods in your diet! And as long as it tastes as good as this barbecue sauce does, well, it's just not that hard!
