Ingredients
- 1 (8oz) block cream cheese
- 1 (15oz) can black beans- drained & rinsed
- 5 cups fiesta blend shredded cheese- divided
- 1 taco seasoning packet
- 1-1/2 cups salsa
- Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for serving
Preparation
Step 1
Combine cream cheese, black beans, taco seasoning, salsa & 3 cups of the fiesta cheese in a small slow cooker - no need to stir yet
Cover & cook on low for 30 minutes
After 30 minutes, stir well, top with remaining cheese (don't stir in the additional cheese)
Cover & cook another 30 minutes
Remove lid, stir well & serve with Breton Artisanal Cranberry and Ancient Grains crackers for dipping
