    box yellow cake mx

    \4 cup vegetable oil

  • 1-4

    oz. instant lemon pudding

  • 3

    \4 cup carbonated lemon-lime beverage

  • Lemon Glaze:

  • 1

    cup powdered sugar

  • 2

    tbsps. lemon juice

  • 1

    tsp. milk

Directions

Scratch Directions: Mix butter & sugar together for about 10 minutes Add eggs\1 at a time, beating after each is added in Add flour & lemon juice Pour into well greased 12 cup bundt pan Bake at 325 degrees for 1 jojr to 1 hour & 15 minutes Remove from oven and transfer to wire rack to cool, then drizzle glaze on top Box Cake Mix Directions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Grease your Bundy pan In a separate bowlcombine cake ingredients plus pudding and the soda, mix well Pour batter into Bundy pan Bake for 45 to 55 minutes Alllw to cool completely before removing from pan Top with glaze
