Taco Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 large onion (chopped)
  • 3 cans Mexican style chili beans (undrained)
  • 1 can corn
  • 1 can diced tomatoes (undrained)
  • 1 small can chopped green chilies
  • 1 envelope taco seasoning
  • 1 envelope Ranch style dressing mix
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • Toppings: taco shredded cheese, sour cream, fritos corn chips, shredded lettuce, chopped tomoates

Preparation

Step 1

Cook beef and onions over medium heat until meat is brown and onions are tender. Drain grease. Stir in beans and remaining ingredients to beef mixture. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered for 15 minutes stirring occasionally.

Spoon into bowls and top with desired toppings.
