9 Layer Mexican Dip

Ingredients

• 1 can refried beans
• 1 package taco seasoning
• 1 c. Monterey jack cheese shredded
• 2 c. guacamole
• 1 16 oz container sour cream
• 2 c. salsa
• 1-2 small cans 6 oz diced black olives
• 1 small can minced jalapeños (optional)
• 1-2 cups Mexican blend cheese or cheddar, shredded
• Tortilla Scoops for dipping

Preparation

Step 1

Combine refried beans and taco seasoning in a bowl and stir together

Spread mixture in a 9 x 13 glass dish

Layer remaining ingredients, in order, over beans.

* Serve with tortilla scoops
