Apple Coconut Crumble

Ingredients

- 1 pkg yellow butter cake mix
- 1 cup flaked coconut
- 1/2 cup butter (1 stick, softened, not melted)
- 4 Granny Smith apples, peeled, cored and cut into thin slices
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup lemon juice (about small 3 lemons)

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 deg. F (180 deg. C)
Grease and flour 13 x9 cake pan
In a large bowl combine cake mix and coconut untl well blended. Cut in butter with pastry blender until crumbly.
Place apple slices in prepared pan.
Sprinkle cake mixture over apples.
Combine water and lemon juice. Pour evenly over crumble, moistening as much as possible. Do not stir.
Liquid will seep into dry mixture.
Bake for 45-55 minute or until top is light golden.
