- large bunch asparagus
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup fresh grated parmesan cheese

Step 1
Pre heat oven 400.
Trim the asparagus. Lay them in a single layer on a sheet pan and drizzle with olive oil. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Roast for 15 minutes until tender. Sprinkle with parmesan and return to oven for another minute.
