DRY RUBBED, GRILLED LAMB RIB CHOPS

  • 3 Lamb rib chops , about 3.5 oz. each
  • 1 tbsp. red meat dry rub

Preparation

DIRECTIONS:
1. Ahead of time, rub the chops with the seasoning. Set aside.
2. Place the lid in the base and preheat in the microwave for 3 minutes.
3. Place the chops on the grill and place the grill press directly onto the lamb chops without the support ring.
4. Place the grill pan in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes. Let the chops rest for 4 minutes for medium rare.
5. Remove the grill pan from the microwave and serve.
