A slight twist to my homemade deviled eggs. Delicious!

Ingredients

  • 12 peeled hard boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons mayonaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • 2 tablespoons yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce (Franks)
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: sprinkle top with Paprika or your choice of seasoning

Preparation

Step 1

Add mayonaise, relish, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper to yolks and blend until smooth.

Fill a Piping Bag or plastic sandwich bag with mixture and pipe it back onto the whites, then sprinkle with Paprika. Serve chilled
