Ingredients
- 1 onion
- 1 small head cabbage chopped in large pieces
- 3 chopped carrots
- 3 chopped stalks celery
- 28oz jar chopped tomatoes
- 4 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 cups chicken broth low sodium
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in the Instant Pot.
Place on manual High pressure for 15 minutes.
Do a quick release. Enjoy!
