Fajita Marinade

Ingredients

  • 3 TBLSP vegetable oil
  • 3 TBLSP lime juice
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • Dash hot sauce
  • Salt
  • Fresh ground pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients in heavy resealable ziploc. Add your choice of meat. Seal and toss the bag around to coat the meat. Marinate in the refrigerator -
15 minutes for shrimp, 20 minutes for chicken or 1 hour for skirt steak.
