Crock Pot Potato Soup

  • 30 oz bag frozen diced hashbrowns
  • 32 box chicken broth
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz pkg cream cheese
  • 3 oz bacon bits
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • Grated cheddar cheese and Sliced Green onions for garnish

Preparation

Step 1

Put potatoes in crockpot. Add chicken broth, cream of chicken soup and half of bacon bits. Add pinch of salt and pepper.

Cook on low for 8 hours until potatoes are tender. An hour before serving, cut cream cheese into small cubes and add to crockpot. Stir every 20 minutes to make sure cream cheese is combined.

Top with cheddar cheese, bacon bits and sliced green onions.
