  • 1 cup sliced or choped fruit, if desired
  • 3 tblsp flavored syrup, if desired
  • 1 cup ice or 1/2 cup ice cream

Combine yogurt and fruit nectar or milk in a blender. Add fruit and flavored syrup, if desired. Add ice or ice cream. Cover and blend just until smooth. Serve immediately.
