Step 1

Combine 1 cup cooked chopped chicken with 4 Tbsp each plain yogurt and finely chopped celery and 2 Tbsp each mayonnaise, finely chopped red onion and tarragon. Season with salt and pepper. Serve on Challah bread with romaine lettuce.
