Ingredients
- 1 lb spareribs
- 1 med onion
- 2 carrots, diced
- 2 cups sauerkraut
- Dash Salt and pepper
- 2 potatoes, Diced

Preparation
Step 1
1. Cook spareribs for about 1/2 in a pot of boiling water
2. Add all the ingredients above cooking until vegetables and meat are tender.
3. Serve with buns
