Ingredients

    lb spareribs

  • 1

    carrots, diced

  • 2

    cups sauerkraut

  • Dash Salt and pepper

  • 2

    potatoes, Diced

Directions

1. Cook spareribs for about 1/2 in a pot of boiling water 2. Add all the ingredients above cooking until vegetables and meat are tender. 3. Serve with buns
