  • 2 tblsp butter
  • 8 slices whole grain cinnamon raisin bread
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 medium Granny Smith apple, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup red raspberry
  • 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon



Step 1

Spread butter onto one side of each bread slice. Spread 1 tablespoon cream cheese one opposite side of four bread slices. Arrange apple slices over cream cheese. Spread 1 tablespoon preserve on opposite side of remaining four slices; sprinkle with cinnamon. Place on top apples to create sandwich.

Spray large skillet with nonstick cooking spray; heat over medium heat. Grill sandwiches 2-3 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
