seedless watermelon balls
cups seedless watermelon cubes
oz frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
33.8 oz bottle seltzer
Thin small watermelon wedges, optional
For watermelon ice cubes, place 1 watermelon ball and 1 mint leaf into each of 36 ice cube tray holes. Fill with water. Freeze. In blender, process watermelon cubes until pureed. Transfer to large pitcher, then stir in lemonade. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Just before serving, stir in seltzer and watermelon ice cubes. If desired, garnish each glass with a watermelon wedge.
