Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 c sour cream
- 3 \4 c vegetable oil
- 1 c brown sugar, packed
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 c powdered sugar
- 4-6 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tbsp. honey
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray 9x13 baking dish
In medium bowl stir cake mix, eggs, sour cream & oil mix until combined
In a separate bowl mix brown sugar & cinna!on until well blended set aside
Pou half of the came batter into greased pan spreading evenly
Add all of the brown sugar/cinnamon mix on top, covering the entire layer of batter
Pour the rest of cake batter on top & spread evenly as possible
Bake for 40-45 minutes
While the cake is baking make the glaze
In a bowl mix the powdered sugar, milk & vanilla
Until glaze is smooth
When the cake comes out of oven immediately pour glaze onto hot cake
Spread it out evenly
Let the cake sit for a few minutes so the glaze can set and serve warm
