POT PIE NOODLE SQUARES

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups flour (or more)
- 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp cold water

Step 1
Combine 1 ½ cups flour, baking powder and salt in large mixing bowl. Beat eggs with water in small bowl and blend into dry ingredients, mixing thoroughly and adding more flour if necessary (dough should be stiff). Turn dough out onto lightly floured surface and roll to thickness of 1/16 inch (or as thin as possible). Cut into 2 inch squares with pinking shears or sharp knife.
Added to the broth/soup recipe after vegetables and spice are added. Cook until the squares are tender, 12-15 minutes. Chicken and seasoning to taste added after this.
