Ingredients
- 1 hothouse cucumber, unpeeled and seeded
- 2 containers Greek yogurt (7 oz)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 tblsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 TBLSP white wine vinegar
- 1 TBLSP minced fresh dill
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic (about 2 cloves)
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Grate cucumber by hand on a box grater. Squeeze the cucumber with your hands to remove a lot (but not all) of the liquid. Place in medium bowl and stir in the yogurt, sour cream, lemon juice, vinegar, dill, garlic, 2 tsp salt and 1/2 tsp pepper.
Serve cold or at room temperature.
