Halloumi Meatballs

Ingredients

  • 4 oz. chopped halloumi cheese
  • 1/4 c fresh parsley
  • 1 T thyme leaves
  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg

Preparation

Step 1

Process cheese, parsley and thyme in food processor until finely ground. Transfer to large bowl and add ground beef and egg; mix until well combined. Shape into 24, 1 inch meatballs and transfer to a rimmed baking sheet; broil 6 inches from heat until cooked through, 8 to 10 minutes. Serve with warm marinara sauce.
