- 1 pkg. white cake mix
- 1 pkg. sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix
- 8 oz. fat free vanilla yogurt
- 3 egg whites
- 1 t. vanilla1
- 1 cup diet lemon lime soda

- FROSTING
- 1 1/2 ups skim milk
- 1 pkg. sugar free instant pistachio pudding mix
- 2 cups Cool Whip

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine cake mix, pudding mix, yogurt, egg whites an vanilla; beat at low speed for a minute. Gradually beat in soda.
Pour into a 9x13" pan sprayed with cooking spray. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool completely before frosting.
FROSTING
Combine milk and pudding mix; mix for 2 minutes. Fold in cool whip. Frost cake. Refrigerate.
