Southern Ham-Pickle Salad for Two

Mix 1 cup finely chopped leftover ham, 2 chopped scallions, 4 Tbsp finely chopped celery, 2 Tbsp each mayonnaise and finely chopped pickles and 2 tsp each grainy mustard and finely chopped pickled jalapeno, season with pepper. Serve on a split biscuit with lettuce.
