Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 can pillsbury crescent rolls
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup herb seasonings

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a skillet, brown ground beef with chopped onions, Drain any fat.

Pour beef into bottom of 9 inch dish pie pan.

Pour sauce over the meat, follow sour cream over the top, and top with mozzarella cheese.

Cover the top of dish with crescent roll, make sure they are all sealed.

Combine butter, parmesan and herbs in a small bowl. Brush over top of pie.

Bake for 20 minutes, or until the top is lightly browned and cooked thoroughly.
