Ingredients

  • 1 (15 oz.) container non-fat ricotta cheese
  • 1 t. vanilla extract
  • 4-8 pkts. Splenda
  • 1 T. reduced fat creamy peanut putter
  • 1 T. cocoa powder
  • 4 T. fat free Cool Whip

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients into a blender and process until smooth. Divide into 4 small dessert dishes and refrigerate until ready to serve. Top each with 1 tablespoon of Cool Whip.
