Chicken Marinade

Ingredients

  • 1 \2 c olive oil
  • 1/2 c balsamic vinegar
  • 1 \4 c soy sauce
  • 1 \4 c worcestshire sauce
  • 1 \8 c lemon juice
  • 3 \4 c brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. dried rosemary
  • 2 tbsp. Dijon or spicy mustard
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 garlic powder
  • 6 chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Combine all ingredients, except chicken, in lg. measuring cup & whisk together
Remove half of the marinade & reserve for basting
Place chicken in a lg. zip lock bag & pour marinade over the top, close securely
Marinate for at !east 4 hrs. up to 24 hrs.
