Ingredients
- 4 boneless pork loin or rib chops, about 3/4 inch thick
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 3 cups frozen cut green beans, thawed (Green Giant Valley Fresh Steamers 12 oz bag)
- 10 3/4 oz condensed cream of celery soup
- 1 cup shredded Swiss cheese
- 1/3 cup milk
- 2 tblsp diced pimientos, drained
- 2/8 oz can French fried onions

Preparation
Step 1
Heat oven to 350. Spray 8 inch square (2 quart) glass baking dish with cooking spray. Trim fat from pork chops if necessary. Sprinkle both sides of pork with salt and pepper.
Spray 10 inch skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat. Add pork; cook about 10 minutes, turning once, until brown. Place in baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix green beans, soup, cheese, milk and pimientos. Spread over pork chops.
Bake uncovered about 50 minutes or until bubbly. Sprinkle onions over top. Bake 5 minutes longer.
