APPLE SLAW

Apples recipe booklet

Ingredients

• 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cut into matchsticks
• 1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
• 2 tblsp lemon juice
• 1 tblsp sugar
• 1/4 cup chopped fresh mint

Preparation

Step 1

Combine apples, lemon peel, lemon juice, sugar and mint in medium bowl; toss to coat.

May be prepared up to 4 hours in advance. Add mint just before serving.
