Directions

In a skillet over medium heat add the butter & cook chicken until golden brown Add olive oil & cook garlic, sun dried tomatoes & mushrooms until tender Add the flour & cook for another minute Slowly add the chicken broth, half & half, salt, pepper and garlic powder whisk until combined Add the linguine and bring to summer, cover & Cook for 10-15 minutes Remove from heat and add the parm. cheese and spinach until spinach starts to wilt
