Step 1

Combiner 2 Tbsp mayonnaise with 4 tsp lemon juice, 2 tsp Dijon mustard, 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce, and 1 grated small clove of garlic. Stir in 1 cup chopped sliced roast chicken, 4 cups romaine lettuce and 1 cup shaved parmesan. Roll in a tortilla, pita or naan.
