Carrot Cake

Ingredients

  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 1/2 cups oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups grated carrots(pressed down)
  • 1- 8oz can crushed pineapple
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts.

Preparation

Step 1

Add all dry ingredients together. Add sugar, oil and eggs, carrots, pineapple and nuts. Mix well
Pour into 10 inch pan. Greased and floured. Bake 35-40 mins. (or until done).
