Ingredients
- Megan's Recipe
- 2 # sweet potatoes
- 1 # carrots
- 1 TBS sugar
- 1 1/2 sticks butter (sweet)
- S & P
- 1/2 C creme fraiche or sour cream
- 1/2 tsp grated nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Cut carrots and potatoes.
Cook carrots in water in microwave. Cook potatoes in water in microwave.
Cool after draining.
When cool put both into food processor and blend til smooth.
Reheat in mmicrowave or covered in oven.
