Scallops with Pesto

Ingredients

  • 1 pound bay scallops
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 pinch red pepper
  • 1/2 lemon, juice from
  • 1 tablespoon chopped capers
  • 3 tablespoons pesto sauce, 3-4
  • Italian bread

Preparation

Step 1

1. Cook scallops in butter until opaque, 2-3 mins. Sprinkle with pepper and lemon juice.

2. Add capers and pesto. Heat through.

Karla made these with the little scallops and served them as an appetizer, which was perfect.
