Strawberry Banana Bread

Ingredients

• 1 \2 c (1 stick} butter, softened
• 1 c sugar
• 2 lg. eggs
• 3 ripened bananas, mashd
• 2 c flour
• 1 tsp. baking soda
• 1 \2 tsp. salt
• 1 1\2 c fresh strawberries chopped & tossed in 1 tbsp. flour

Preparation

Step 1

Prehea oven to 375 degrees
Spray loaf pan with non stick spray
In lg. bowl cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy
In a small bowl beat eggs, add eggs to sugar mixture and beat until combined
Sift all dry ingredients: flour, baking soda and salt. Slowly add dry ingredients to banana mixture and mix until flour is just combined. Do not over mix, fold in floured strawberries
Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 15 minutes,reduce heat to 350 degrees and bake for an additional 30 minutes until edgesnare slightly brown
Let cool completely before removing from pan
