Ingredients
- 2 pkgs 12 oz frozen hash browns
- 2 C sour cream
- 1 stick butter melted
- 1 t salt
- 1/4 t pepper
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 T minced onion
- 2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 2 C crushed corn flakes
- 1/4 C melted butter
Preparation
Step 1
Place potatoes in colander and thaw completely
combine soup, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese
Blend in potatoes and place in a 9X13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray
Place corn flakes and butter in a zip top bag and crush, sprinkle on top of the casserole
Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top.
