Hash Brown Bake

Best when assembled no more than 2 hours before serving

Ingredients

  • 2 pkgs 12 oz frozen hash browns
  • 2 C sour cream
  • 1 stick butter melted
  • 1 t salt
  • 1/4 t pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 2 C shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 C crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 C melted butter

Preparation

Step 1

Place potatoes in colander and thaw completely
combine soup, sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, onions and cheese
Blend in potatoes and place in a 9X13 baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray

Place corn flakes and butter in a zip top bag and crush, sprinkle on top of the casserole

Bake uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes or until brown and bubbly on top.
