- Chuck Roast (the cheapest beef I can find.)
- garlic salt
- liquid smoke
- sliced onion

Preparation
Step 1
Chuck Roast (I usually cook 2 at a time -- the cheapest beef I can find.)
Sprinkle with garlic salt & liquid smoke & slice onion over the top.
Cook slowly (about 300) covered until meat is very tender & can be pulled apart (at least a couple hours).
Tear meat apart & mix with Emma's Bar-B-Que Sauce. Heat & serve on Hamburger Buns.
