Ice Cream Dessert
Delicious and not too sweet.
- 60 Ritz crackers (crushed)
- 1 stick margarine (melted)
- 1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream (softened)
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 large package instant vanilla or coconut pudding
- 1 8 oz. Cool Whip
Mix crackers with margarine and line the bottom of a 13X9 dish with mixture. Save 1 c. of cracker mixture for the topping.
Mix softened ice cream, milk and pudding together. Spread over the cracker mixture.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle the reserved cracker crumb mixture on top.
