OIL****Lemon Oil

06/08/17 - This is very good, would be great on salads, poached fish, chicken, etc. The day I made it, I was making Za'atar roasted potatoes and I added a tablespoon of the leftover pulp, which was too bitter --- just discard it.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 lemon, washed and cut into small pieces
  • Pinch salt

Preparation

Step 1

Place ingredients in a blender and puree. Use a mesh strainer to strain the oil into a glass jar. Refrigerate.

Reserve the pulp for other uses, such as Za'atar roasted potatoes.
