Chicken Barbecue Sauce (Firemen's Style)

Used by local fire departments on their fund-raiser chicken sales.

Ingredients

• Alternate Recipe:
• 1/2 c. oil
• 1 c. vinegar
• 1/4 c. lemon juice
• 1 to 2 t. salt
• 1 T. Italian seasoning
• 1/2 t. pepper
• 2 T. lemon juice
• 1 c. oil
• 1-2 c. vinegar
• 3 T. Italian seasoning
• 1 T. salt
• 1/2 to 1 t. pepper
• 1 t. Accent

Preparation

Step 1

Mix ingredients and marinate chicken before grilling and baste during grilling.
